All of our single and double pedestal tables have a gear drive so that when a person opens one side, the other side opens an equal distance.  It makes it much easier for one person to add leaves to the table.

All the tables have what is called a 5/4's top. It starts out as 1” & 1/4" and ends up about 1" thick. A furniture store that advertises a 1" top means that it starts out 1" and end up about 3/4". 

All of our tables have a conversion varnish finish that has a catalyst in it.   A glass of water could be spilled and let sit for two or three days; just wipe it off with a damp cloth. We recommend never to use furniture polish on our tables because it clogs the pores in the wood. 

Tables are available in oak, brown maple, cherry, rustic cherry, maple, rustic hickory, hickory or quarter sawn white oak with a variety of stains. Please see Woods / Stains tab listed above.
